Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Kush Models ENT. We strive to provide exceptional service and customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and return policy carefully to understand your rights and our commitments.

1. Services and Bookings
All service bookings, including photoshoots, commercials, and fashion shows, are non-refundable once confirmed.
Rescheduling of services is allowed if requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled date. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

2. Products and Merchandise
We accept returns on physical products (e.g., merchandise) within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds will be issued once the item is inspected and approved for return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival.

3. Digital Products
Digital products, including downloadable content, are non-refundable due to the nature of the product.

4. Event Tickets
All ticket sales for events are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the event is canceled or rescheduled by Kush Models ENT.

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
